Business Development Manager

  • Lees Summit, MO
  • Full Time

Apollo Insurance Group, a 12 time winner, recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Kansas City, just created an opportunity for you to grow in your role as a Business Development Manager

About us: Apollo was created in 2010. The health insurance industry has been full of ups & downs, but we continue to be the company clients can rely on through it all. We are known for our ability to adapt and pivot at any moment, providing the best service and health related products for our clients. This approach has proven to be the great differentiator that separates us from the competition.

Now, we’re 80 employees strong and growing quickly. In fact, we’re an Inc.5000 company, ranked as one of the fastest growing private companies in America.

We’ve accomplished this because of two things: we aren’t afraid to change and we have the tenacity to overcome any obstacle. In an ever changing industry, that comes with its fair share of obstacles, you either change and overcome, or get left behind. If history is a great predictor of future success, we will only continue to grow!

Apollo services over 32,000 clients across the U.S. with their health insurance needs. From the family of 4, to the small business owner. Our Business Development Manager’s help us service them all.

Apollo works with all the top insurance carriers in the U.S. to provide our clients with the best possible outcome. Our Business Development Managers help support our retail health insurance operation by responding to customer service inquiries, offering additional products to existing customers, working to process or resolve claim issues, adding additional clients to our portfolio and overall providing an excellent experience for our clients and agents.

Because of our Business Development Manager team, we’ve been a 6x award winner of the Fast 50 & Largest Insurance Agencies from KC Business Journal, 6x award winner of Ingram's Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies, 3x award winner of the Champions of Business & 3x award winner of Inc.5000 Fastest Growing Companies.
